Project Summary
Dalmati Theme Park (commercial name: Etnoland) in Pakovo Selo offers visitors a special way to enjoy the combination of culture, history and authentic flavors of the Dalmatian Hinterland. The project "Green and Digital Transition of Dalmati Theme Park" introduces a new business model based on the implementation of green and digital technologies to contribute to the green transition of operations and their full integration into a unique offering to achieve sustainable business. The beneficiary reconstructs the building, introduces innovative multimedia content, and improves the supporting infrastructure to showcase cultural and natural heritage in a new and authentic way that is environmentally friendly.
Project Purpose
Development of environmentally friendly tourism products and resource efficiency at Dalmati Theme Park, through linking entrepreneurs in the tourism value chain, increasing resilience and productivity of businesses, as well as better positioning in the tourism market through the introduction of green innovations and digital technologies.
Project Subject
Investment in higher added value of the Beneficiary that will contribute to the development of sustainable tourism through green and digital transition and recovery and resilience of the Beneficiary throughout the tourism value chain, promoting the development of sustainable, low-carbon, high-quality tourism growth in the less developed area of the Dalmatian Hinterland, and strengthening social sustainability through increased employment in the local community by hiring new employees as a result of project activities.
