Payment Methods
Available payment methods include: Debit/credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. When paying online, you need to enter the card number, expiration date and CVV code, and for cards that require it, the 3D secure code.
Monri WSPay Statement
Etnoland uses Monri WSPay for online payments. Monri WSPay is a secure system for online payment, real-time payment, credit and debit cards and other payment methods. Monri WSPay ensures secure entry and transfer of entered card data for both the buyer and the merchant, which is confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate that Monri WSPay holds. Monri WSPay uses an SSL certificate with 256-bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection for data entry and transfer.
Ticket Delivery
After purchase, tickets are delivered electronically via email. Each ticket contains a unique QR code that can be used for entry. Tickets must not be copied, altered or misused. The first validly scanned ticket is considered used, and all subsequent copies of the same code will be automatically invalid.
Complaints and Refunds
The buyer does not have the right to unilateral termination of the contract and refund in accordance with Article 86 of the Consumer Protection Act, since these are services related to leisure time, which are provided on a specific date.
Refunds for tickets are only possible in the following cases: Cancellation of the event or closure of Etnoland, Change in Etnoland's opening hours that prevents the buyer from using the ticket on the planned date, Significant change in the program or exhibition.
